About Me
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted a career path that involved mental health. This interest led me to study psychology while working as a model. My career as a fashion model was not premeditated, and has been incredibly eye-opening in so many ways, especially when looking through the lens of psychology.
I invest time and passion in all my clients, and work diligently to support them in a bespoke way that fits them, whether a corporate organisation or individual. I have worked in mental health since 2019, with organisations such as Mind and Maytree Respite Center, and have offered numerous individuals support in a time of complete hopelessness. Through this experience I understand how to hold peoples emotions, walk them through coping strategies and help them find a structure for the future which they may find comfort in. I have experience as a trainer in the mental health field, and my workshops will be influenced by material used in those trainings, while still tailored to the modelling and fashion industry.
